Chinasun has three joint venture manufacturers with three different business line. First one is Yixing Chinasun-Huada Newstyle Architecture Material Co., Ltd.  for construction material, Redispersible Powder & HPMC. Second one is Luoyang Sunrui Wanji Titanium Co.Ltd for titanium sponge and ti products. The third joint venture manufacturer is Yingjiao Electrical Co., Ltd. for the various kind of  Power Adapter, Battery Charger, Transformer and etc.

Yixing Huada Newstyle Chemical Material Co., Ltd. is invested jointly by Chinasun, specializes in newstyle construction materials.such as redispersible powder , Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, they are widely used in building & construction, tile adhesives,skim coat, self leveling compounds, powder paint, sealing slurries, gysum, external thermal insulating composite systems ,etc. HPMC is a non-ionic type HEC polymer. Can be used as additives for food and medicament.; as well as in rubber,asbestos,cement,and ceramic product and so on.
With the new expansion project, we have enough production capacity to serve the customers competitive goods. 

The second jointed venture producer by Chinasun is Luoyang Sunrui Wanji Titanium Co.Ltd  which is a professional manufacturer in titanium material and ti products.

It is the second enterprise with complete process of sponge titanium in China. The main raw material is produced by ourself such as  Mg Ingot and TiCl4. The main products include sponge titanium,titanium tetrachloride, titanium powder and series of titanium products. Our main products are titanium sponge. At the meanwhile, we also can supply titanium ingot, titanium billet, titanium bar, titanium rod, titanium sheet, titanium tube, ti pipe etc. which made of in different ti or ti alloy material such as Gr1,Gr2,Gr3,Gr4,Gr5,Gr6,Gr7,Gr9, Gr11,Gr12,Gr16, Gr17,Ti-6Al-7Nb,Ti-15Mo-5Zr-3Al, Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al and etc.

It is high technology about sponge titanium produce technology,and the metallurgy course to produce sponge titanium is an complex and refined process."Refined metallurgy"namely is that machining the object directly into high pure degree、 or granule degree、or satisfing certain special need product through the process of refined metallurgy ,  

It has 36 sets of the deoxidized exhalation stove and in the end of the 2009, the equitpment will be increased about 80 sets.  Now the capacity is about 5000MT per year, just 400MT per month. By the end of 2009, the capacity will be reach about 10,000MT year.  It also owns the craft equipment of high efficiency and detecting technology, which is advanced and reliable, mostly product are based on state standard ,each of product's quality is controlled in according with ISO9001:2000 standard.

The third jointed venture producer by Chinasun is Yingjiao Electrical Co., Ltd.  which is located in Ningbo. It’s a professional manufacturer of switching adaptor and linear power adaptors including enclosure type/open frame/adapter/din rail mount power suppliers…All products are designed to meet universal customer’s requirements.

All the adaptors are made as per the international standard, such as CE,GS,UL or SAA and RoHs certificated and the products 100% for export.

We can supply over 5000MT Titanium Sponge, 2000MT Redispersible Powder and over 1000MT HMPC per year. At the meanwhile, we can supply the various kind of adaptors over 1,200,000 pieces per year.  All our material to be inspected by third party such as SGS.  The quality is guaranteed.
